In the first instance, just email us at sales@cherrywick.co.uk to inform us that you would like to return your order and we can offer further directions on what to do. As long as your order is returned to us complete, in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packaging, we will refund your order back to the original tender used to originally make payment.
