WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 'NORMAL' WICK AND A WOODEN WICK?

The wooden wicks that we use to create our candles will make a crackle noise as they burn, not too dissimilar from that of an open fire. This adds an extra dimension to the candles, offering relaxing sounds as well as amazing, room-filling aromas.

HOW LONG DO YOUR CANDLES BURN?

Our 30cl candles will burn for approximately 40-45 hours.

CAN I BURN THE CANDLE ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM?

Unlike the cotton wick candles, our candles use a small metal sustainer at the bottom of the candle, that keeps the wick upright while the wax settles. We suggest that you don't burn the bottom 5mm of the wax so as not to expose the metal sustainer. Burning beyond this causes the sustainer to heat up and burn the wax at a higher temperature than normal, meaning it could cause the candle to smoke and start to develop a build up of soot around the edge of the container.

HOW WILL MY CANDLES BE DELIVERED?

We currently use MyHermes courier service to deliver all our orders. They usually deliver within 1-3 working days, but this can be longer during the traditional holidays such as Bank Holidays, Easter and especially Christmas.
